Account suspension, ban, or termination due to a violation of server rules
Changes to game mechanics, donation benefits, or server policies
Inactivity or voluntary departure from the server

Any attempt to dispute a donation via chargeback, PayPal dispute, credit card reversal, or any other method will result in:

Loss of any donation-related in-game items or benefits
Possible legal action for fraud in accordance with applicable laws

5. Acknowledgment & Agreement

You are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
You are making a voluntary contribution to support the server.
You will not attempt to reverse or dispute the transaction after it has been processed.
